Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Haul platform, including our website, mobile application, and fuel card services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Haul fuel cards may only be used for business-related fuel and permitted ancillary purchases as defined in your cardholder agreement. Personal use is prohibited.

You are responsible for all transactions made with cards issued to your account. Report unauthorized transactions within 24 hours to limit your liability.

Credit limits are set based on your USDOT history, fleet size, and banking information. Haul reserves the right to adjust limits at any time based on payment history and risk assessment.

Payments are due weekly via ACH debit from your connected bank account. Late payments may result in card suspension and fees as outlined in the Fee Schedule.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to resell fuel purchased with the card, to circumvent spending controls, or to provide false information in your application.

Either party may terminate the account with 30 days written notice. Haul may terminate immediately for fraud, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
