Delete your Haul account

In the Haul app

1. Open the Haul app and sign in.
2. Go to More → Settings → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@haulfuel.com with the subject “Delete my Haul account” and the phone number on your account. We’ll confirm the request comes from you before closing the account.

What happens when you delete your account

• Your Haul account is closed and you are signed out.
• No one can sign in to it again. Using the same phone number later starts a new, empty account.
• Your fuel card is not cancelled automatically — cancel it in the app (Card → Report lost or stolen) before deleting, or ask us to in your email.

What we keep

Some records must be kept after an account is closed. For example, financial, payment, card and transaction records are generally kept up to seven years after account closure or the transaction date. The full list of retention periods is in section 11, “Data Retention”, of our Privacy Policy.
